Building a new home is exciting. It's also a lot of moving parts - and the last thing you need is a subcontractor who shows up once, does their thing, and disappears. That's not how we operate.
When we work with builders on new construction, we stay in it for the long haul. Multiple site visits, clear communication with your builder, and real updates along the way. We're not just dropping off a door and calling it done. We're making sure the rough opening is right, the timing works with the rest of the build schedule, and nothing gets missed before the final walkthrough.
A garage door might seem like a small piece of a big build. But it's one of the first things you see when you pull up to a house. It takes up a significant chunk of the front elevation. Getting it right - the style, the fit, the hardware - matters more than most people realize until it's too late to change it.
We've worked with enough new builds to know where things can go sideways. Framing that's slightly off. Schedules that shift. Decisions that get made without looping in the right people. Our job is to stay ahead of all of that so the install goes smoothly and the finished product looks exactly the way it should.
If you're in the middle of a new build and haven't figured out the garage door piece yet, that's worth a conversation sooner rather than later.
