We just wrapped up a two-door install for Valley Custom Homes in Nephi, and this one turned out really sharp. The builder chose black Moderno panel doors, and honestly it's hard to argue with that call. Against the gray board-and-batten siding and black roof trim, those doors look like they were always meant to be there.
The Moderno style is a clean, modern panel with a fine horizontal texture and a matte finish that photographs well and holds up even better. The top-row windows on the larger door let in natural light without sacrificing the sleek, dark look across the face of the door. It's a detail that makes a real difference up close.
New construction is a big part of what we do, and the door choice matters more than most people realize when a build is coming together. A builder can do everything right - great siding, nice trim, solid roofline - and a wrong door choice can still throw the whole exterior off. Getting it right from the start saves everyone headaches.
We work directly with builders and contractors to make sure the doors are spec'd correctly, installed on schedule, and finished clean. No loose hardware, no sloppy installs handed off to a homeowner to sort out later. That's not how we operate.
If you're a builder or homeowner working on a new construction project and need doors that are going to pull the whole look together, we're happy to talk through the options.
