Dual Garage Door and Motor Install in Orem Utah

This was a full garage door setup for a customer in Orem - two doors, two motors, springs, and smart wall controls all done in one visit. The kind of job where everything needs to go in right the first time, and that's exactly what we focused on.

We installed two Nova sectional doors with window panels across the top row. Clean, modern look. Both doors got their own motor mounted to the ceiling rail, and we set the springs to match the weight and balance of each door. Springs are what do most of the heavy lifting every time the door moves - if they're sized wrong or worn out, the motor works harder than it should and everything wears out faster.

The wall controls are myQ units, which means the homeowner can open and close either door from their phone. That's a small thing that makes a big daily difference - especially if you ever leave and aren't sure whether you remembered to close it.
